Peachy Melon Pops

Ingredients

· 3 ripe peaches, pitted
· 1 small cantaloupe, seeded and chopped from rind
· 1 cup almond milk
· 1/2 banana (optional)
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Place ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 5-6 hours, then serve. Enjoy!

This veg bag scheme is one of the few good new things to have happened this year. It has been wonderful to have such a wide variety of delicious veg, always fresh and bursting with flavour.
