A bunch of our lovely baby salad turnips. These are definitely one of the most underrated vegetable! They are great either dry fried or in a little oil and dressed with soy sauce.
Best if you take the leaves off before storing the turnips. If the leaves are in good condition these can also be cooked (treated just like other leafy greens). the turnips are best kept in a cool, dark place or the fridge and they should keep for at least a couple of weeks in the fridge.
