Lovely organic leeks grown in Devon. Great blanched, braised or even roasted, but also excellent made into a gratin with a cheese sauce, topped with breadcrumbs.
Best stored in the fridge or somewhere cool - should last for a couple of weeks, and may just need the outer layer stripped if it's a bit ropey.
