Ingredients
1 tbs coconut oil or peanut oil
1 bunch pak choi (washed, quartered)
1 tbs ginger (minced)
1 garlic clove (thinly sliced)
1 tsp honey
1 tbs soy sauce
splash of toasted sesame oil

Heat oil over medium heat. Add ginger and pak choi and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add garlic, honey and soy sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Toss through sesame oil.
